The care I received at The Cleveland was outstanding. I felt so secure. The staff were amazing and extremely caring and knowledgeable. I was obviously very anxious before my surgery but everyone before and after made me feel safe and secure! Thank you Thank you Thank you from the bottom of my heart

It was everything perfect in my experience. The standards are extremely high in all aspects. No doubts the consultants/ doctors are very experienced and knowledgeable. The nurses deserve a big thank you, because they all made the stay at the hospital very friendly and at all times I felt very well taken care of.

My only complaint are the appointment line staff. It took a while to get an appointment at a convenient time. But then two days before I got a call requesting me to move my appointment as they had an emergency. I figured if it was an emergency that needed to be fitted in why would they be wanting my appointment two days later. . It’s also the second time that someone has called to re schedule. I work so I have limited free time and it all has to be booked in advance. The gentleman on the phone first asked me to switch to early morning Thursday and when I said I couldn’t he asked me what about the following Monday. When you’ve been waiting for the appointment day with some anxiety and the wish to have some resolution over a condition the last thing you want to be made to feel is irrelevant. And unimportant. The man in the other end of the phone did keep on emphasising an emergency.

The hospital was exceptional well run, all staff being so friendly, professional and helpful. Plus the facilities were spotless.

Wonderful hospital and wonderful staff. I was very anxious about the procedure, but the hospital staff put me at ease every step of the way and made it easy for family to visit as well. Useful advice given throughout including breathing techniques to assist with pain.
